Cybersecurity encompasses the practices, technologies, and processes designed to protect computer systems, networks, programs, and data from unauthorized access, attacks, damage, or theft. Secure software development involves threat modeling, automated security scanning, dependency auditing, and adherence to frameworks like OWASP and NIST to ensure that applications are resilient against evolving cyber threats.
